You can train on your own.

We have our New Train Smart program, developed just for the HHH.

This program will teach you all the techniques and methods that we use in our group training program.

The cost is $19.95 for the file.

Your other option is to Train With Us!

We are currently finalizing the plans for our

NEW HHH Train Smart/Ride Smart Program.

This program will begin in April and last through August. It will be divided into "modules" that segment the information provided in the "Train Smart" package.

We will also offer a "Ride Smart" package so that you can ride with us at the HHH

Program participants also receive the following:

* A personal coach to guide you through the process

* Indoor training for strength - outdoor training for endurance

* A group to ride with before and during the HHH in Wichita Falls

* A room at the Hampton Inn in Wichita Falls (while supplies last, additional fee applies)

* Hospitality Tent at the Finish Line at the HHH

* Saturday night dinner in Wichita Falls after the HHH (additional fee)

Why should I sign up for this program?

Bikin' Mike is getting ready for his 26th HHH experience. In 2011, Bikin' Mike's clients had a 100% success rate achieving their goals. It swhould be noted that in 2011, the HHH experienced the highest temperatures on record for the event.
