Power Blast

These high energy sets use short bursts of high effort

in order to build strength and power.

Training intensity is determined by heart rate levels,

so this format can be adapted to cyclists with a variety of ability levels.

Special attention is also given to power development

through a combination of breathing, leg speed and pedal dynamics.
