Training Program Design
The best way to reach a long-range goal is to have a map. When you schedule a Training Program Design, we work together to design the map to your goals.
We’ll sit down for a one-hour consultation and discuss your goals, time available and resources (like equipment, gym access etc) so that we can design your program.
Next, I'll review the notes, blend them with my years of experience and build your program. I'll add handouts to support the plan so that you know what to do, how to monitor your progress and when to check back with me.
Finally, we’ll get together to go over the program, your training calendar and other specifics.
