Dynamic Bike Fit

Last year I rode my bicycle just over 4,000 miles. It should be noted that I accomplished that task with a minimum of discomfort (I did crash once).

The question here is “Are you comfortable on your bike?” If you are not comfortable on your bike, a Dynamic Fit session can help.

We’ll set up your bike on our CompuTrainer and let you ride a while. Then we’ll look at your positioning and bike set up while we discuss ways to minimize your discomfort. Specific suggestions will be made about equipment needs and other options to make sure that your bike is set up for maximum performance and minimum discomfort.

We will also use our "Spin Scan" software to look at the power output in yor pedal dynamics to make sure that you are not losing any power in your set up.
