Bikin' Blast Class

This class format was developed by Bikin' Mike and is designed to provide a balanced workout.

These classes are tempo based, using leg speed/pedal cadence/rpm as the guide. This allows each participant to determine the intensity of the workout by selecting the proper setting on the trainer as well as the appropriate gear.

Each class contains aerobic and anaerobic segments, with an emphasis on pedal dynamics.

Participants are encouraged to utilize a heart rate monitor to make sure that they are getting the best workout possible. This format is good for all ages and body types.
