Regular Schedule
Just because I am serious about my cycling does not make me a serious cyclist! That's right - even casual cyclists can benefit from some training. Our Indoor Cycling Classes (you ride YOUR bike on a stationery trainer) can help you get stronger, lose weight, improve your pedal dynamics, dial in your best riding position and help you get used to using your gears.
We offer 8 classes each week, beginning Monday, November 2, 2009 and ending on Saturday, March 27, 2010.
You don't need an advance reservation, so pick the time that works best with your schedule. Just make sure that you get here at least 20 minutes early for your first class.
