Welcome to my website - devoted to building a healthier community through the promotion of cycling as the ultimate hobby and recreational pastime.

Learn - Train - Ride

I have been pursuing fitness on a bicycle since 1974 and coaching cyclists since 1987. I love everything about cycling - from the feelings I get during a great indoor workout or outdoor ride - to the people I meet while I am riding around at area rallies and rides in other parts of the US.

My website includes a lot of information on a variety of cycling activities.

Training Center News

We just finished season #9 at our Bikin' Blast Training Center and one of our clients set a new record. Jim Wilson, wearing the Team Bikin' jersey center right, participated in 104 hours of training during our 5 month season. Our congratulations to Jim and our Thanks to the 125 clients who trained with us this winter!

We want to provide the best training programs and events possible every time. Unfortunately, being human and a one-person business, sometimes we fall short of the mark. If that happens to you, we do hope that you will let us know that we let you down and give us a chance to make it right.
